The upstairs apartment has a spacious, shaded, and furnished veranda with a built-in BBQ and gorgeous panoramic views. It has one bedroom, a small kitchen, a living room, and a marble-tiled bathroom.

The downstairs studio has a shaded and furnished balcony with magnificent views of Golden Beach in between the hanging leaves of the olive trees. It has a small kitchen and a marble-tiled bathroom.

When you want to go to Golden Beach for swimming, shopping, or entertainment, you can leave your car behind and get there within 10 minutes on foot. Let's save money on fuel while helping to protect our beautiful planet. The walk is so delightful with occasional goats and seagulls accompanying you!
