This spacious sea-front apartment faces the shoreline and is footsteps from Agios Vasileios Beach. It is a 10 minute walk from the town centre, where you'll find everything from shops and restaurants to bars and nightlife, and just 3 minutes from the ferry port. Right next to the apartment there is one of the biggest swimming pools in town with a bar and restaurant beside it.

The apartment is on the top floor with a very large balcony facing the sea and offers a breath taking view of the summer sunsets. It offers a complete and equipped kitchen which opens into the living/dining room. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. An extra folding bed could fit into this room. The living room has a double bed settee. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, basin and WC. There is plenty of open space in front of the apartment for kids to play as well as a long beach nearby.
