I am pleased to welcome you to Psalidas residence in Astrida, Thassos. This cozy haven has been a favorite of my friends and family for years and I'm sure it will be yours too.
The bungalow is nestled in a quiet olive grove, offering total privacy with a spacious 800 square meter garden. Inside, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa and a single sofa that become beds. A fully equipped kitchen, two TVs and two air conditioners and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The picturesque Astris Bay is a hidden gem, known for its quiet charm and beautiful beaches. You are close to Agios Vasilios, a bustling spot with tavernas and markets, but if you are in the mood for adventure, the secluded beach at "Salonikios" is highly recommended. Additionally at 1500 m. is the popular beach of "Psili Ammos"

Cleaning
The house is cleaned every 4 days, and fresh towels and bed linens are provided.
Booking Deposit
30% of the total booking value is required to reserve the home. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.

We accept booking deposits via Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 21 days or more before your arrival date, we'll refund your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation 20 days or less before your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
