Stavros and I would love to welcome you to Meltemi Villas, our two beach front properties in Golden Beach. Our guests tell us they return again and again because they are just a few metres from the golden sand and warm sea, and have fantastic views of the sea and mountains. They really like the safe off-road private parking we offer, which few properties in the area have.

Inside each spacious villa, the ground floor has a large, open-plan living room with 2 sofa beds, a WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom accessed via the hallway which has a big shower. In the back garden, there is a barbecue, outdoor kitchen, table with seating, and a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

From your base at Meltemi Villas, you are in walking distance to all Golden Beach has to offer: restaurants and snack bars, beach bars and cafes, supermarkets, water sports, pool bars, beach and souvenir shops, and much more.

The villas are available all year round, offering central heating and a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during winter visits to Thassos.
