...and a few words of wisdom and inspiration:
When we are sick we have to change something in the way we think, move and eat in order for our body to change so that we can have our health. The changes we start are as follows: we don't drink water from the tap, every day we put a different herb from the evening in water and in the morning, instead of water, we drink this herb. We change it daily. Another thing we do is find a way to exercise one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening: walking, swimming, gym, basketball, volleyball, dancing, anything we want, but it must be there.
Another thing we do is to avoid meat, dairy and cooked and prepared foods and go more to raw and fruit, that is fruits and vegetables raw. We can use beetroot raw grated, okra raw from the freezer, we put them in the salad, peas raw from the freezer, corn raw from the freezer and of course anything else we want.
Another thing we need to do is change our way of thinking. We don't want toxic thoughts so they don't drop our frequency, only positive ones. When toxic thoughts come to us, we will banish them and change them directly. Dry lymphatic massage is done with a brush, which is one of those brushes we use for carpets, and we scrape our whole body. Where there is skin, the circulation of lymphatic fluids improves and the immune system is activated.
Another thing we can do is the Buteyko breathing method. You can do it in many ways. Two that I use are 5-5-5 and 5-10. That is, we count to 5 while inhaling, count to 10 while exhaling. Inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds. The more and more regularly we do it, the better. Indispensable morning and night.
Another thing we do every morning and every night is to say something like a prayer, saying, "Give me a chance to love you more. I know, it's a little hard, but with the love and faith I have for what I do, I will succeed. I will strengthen my soul, spirit and body so that all the diseases I have will go away. It doesn't need effort, it needs a way."
Another one we use daily at the beginning is to take four herbs: a bay leaf, an olive leaf, a sedum leaf and a sprig of rosemary. They can be fresh, but we can dry them and make them like oregano and put them on our salad or on our food. The top of all herbs that I use daily and regularly is ganoderma.
