The Villa

Villa "Oasis" was originally designed and constructed as a high standard accommodation.

This spacious 3-storey maisonette (140 sq.m.) is located just 5 minutes walk from the famous Golden Beach and within walking distance from many facilities available in Skala Potamia.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It consists of three bedrooms, an open plan kitchen – dining - living room and a bathroom on each floor (one with bathtub and the rest with shower cabin). It has 3 large balconies.

Sleep

On the top floor, there are two double bedrooms for 4 adults. The double beds are large, Queen-size. In the living room, there is a 3-seater sofa that simply opens and becomes a double bed for 2 children (0-12 years). The lower floor is furnished with a Queen-size double bed for 2 adults and a sofa that opens to a double bed for 2 children.

Eat

The middle floor has the kitchen, dining, living area. The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal is provided. The big dining table can seat comfortably 8 people. There is a barbecue on the balcony next to the kitchen. It is always in the shade, thanks to its tucked-away position, so you avoid sunburn while grilling your favorite meats and fish. You can also enjoy your delicious meals outside on the spacious balcony or even in the garden.

Facilities

There are large balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor with amazing views of the green mountains. The villa's garden provides all you need for relaxing and it is a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sun.

The laundry equipment allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. 2 TVs are provided; a big one in the living room and another one on the lower floor. The Wi-Fi signal reaches all three floors. Free parking is available next to the building.

Within a 500m radius, you will find restaurants, taverns, beach bars, cafés, water sports, a gas station, and an ATM where you can withdraw cash 24/7. The village center of Skala Potamia is an easy 3-minute drive. There you will find more restaurants and taverns, fast food shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, bakery, meat and fish market and everything you need for home cooking. The nightlife in Skala Potamia is attractive for any mood.

Nearby Attractions

The villa has easy access (less than 200m) to the main road that passes around the island, making it easy for you to reach, by car or by regular bus, any of the island’s beaches and attractions quickly and conveniently. The main port in the capital Limenas is 13 km away.

10 km south is the renowned "Paradise" sandy beach with the blue-green sea. Then the route leads to the twin coves of Aliki, the most photographed scenery of Thassos. Following is the imposing Archangel Michael Convent. Built on the edge of a cliff, it looks to hover between the sky and the vastness of the Aegean Sea. Next is Giola, the natural seawater pool. Thousands of visitors come to swim in its warm water.
